Edinburgh traffic: M8 accident causing delays heading into Capital
An accident on the M8 motorway is causing delays for motorists heading into Edinburgh.
The accident, which happened just before 9am, is around junction five for Harthill services on the eastbound carriageway.
Traffic is said to be restricted following the acccident and drivers are advised to use caution and expect delays.
Debris in the road is affecting two lanes and police are en route to the location.
