Edinburgh police probe unexplained sudden death of man, 33, found in vicinity of Longstone builders yard

Officers were called to a property in Inglis Green Road, Longstone, just after midnight on Saturday.

A police spokesperson said: "The death is currently being treated as unexplained but there are no suspicious circumstances.

"His next of kin have been made aware. Enquiries are ongoing and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."

It is understood the man’s body was found in the vicinity of a builders yard.

Locals reported seeing lots of police officers and paramedics in the area last night.
