Lasswade Centre gym recording charges dropped
A man accused of alleged filming in the Lasswade Centre gym had all charges dropped at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on October 27.
Four of the charges against Vernon Howells were not proven, while the Sheriff accepted a no case to answer submission on two further charges relating to an alleged incident at the community hub last year.
The council confirmed that Mr Howells remains excluded from all of its sport and leisure facilities.
