A 40-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested and charged after breaking into properties and stealing goods.

Homes and businesses including SWS Chinese Takeaway in High Street Prestonpans and The Seahorse Nursery in Edinburgh Road, Cockenzie in East Lothian were broken into.
