Holly Blake: Edinburgh mum-of-six moves to hospice care weeks after dream wedding
Holly Blake, now Holly Scott, fulfilled her dream of marrying her partner Niccolas at the end of August in a ceremony which was organised in a matter of weeks with help from generous family, friends and the community and held on Leith Community Croft on Leith Links.
But now, just over four months since her original diagnosis she is receiving palliative care.

She was diagnosed with small blue cell sarcoma which is a rare kind of sarcoma that spread through her lymph nodes to her calves.
Holly, who has six children - Eli, 17, Poppy 14, twins Daisy and Pippa, ten, and her youngest twins Edward and Primrose, told the Evening News she wanted to see her youngest twins turn three, a goal that she met in September.
In August, she said: “The key is to just live each day and take each day as it comes. I’ve come to a place of acceptance for myself. It’s just really unfortunate when it’s your time.

“These things happen, but I’ve got the gift of saying goodbye and I’ve got to take the positive from this situation.”
Her aunt, Christine Langridge wrote on the GoFundMe page: “Our darling Holly has now gone to the hospice.
"Her time is not long, we would like to keep this fund page going still for anyone who wishes to make a contribution.
