Uncle’s threat to take Hibs star to court
Norman Griffiths, 63, who suffers from arthritis and walks using a crutch, said he had been treated “diabolically” by the footballer and that he might have to take legal action to recover the money. He said his nephew had threatened not to pay back anything.
Mr Griffiths said the money was loaned in April after his daughter, Vivien, told him his nephew was in financial difficulty.
