IF you are still coming to terms with the death of US pop icon Prince, you can relive his glory days with a big screen showing of Purple Rain.

Tickets are now on sale for Grammy and Academy Award-winning Purple Rain (1984), which marked Prince’s movie debut.

Prince plays ‘The Kid’, a Minneapolis club musician as alienated as he is talented. The Kid struggles with a tumultuous homelife and his own smouldering anger while taking refuge in his music and his steamy love for Apollonai Kotero.
